Our Mission and Approach
We have reviewed SNAP policy manuals from every state to create a comprehensive, nationwide SNAP Prescreener that adapts to changes in SNAP policy. The prescreener supports eligibility screening for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program, households with non-U.S. citizen members, and benefit adjustments related to the pandemic. It is fully translated into Spanish to ensure accessibility for diverse communities. Additionally, our Federal Poverty Level (FPL) Calculator provides users with an easy way to determine their household’s position relative to federal poverty guidelines, a key factor in assessing eligibility for various assistance programs.
