We’re currently hiring for the following positions:

  • User Support Specialist (Remote)
    Guide users through our SNAP Prescreener and FPL Calculator. Answer questions with empathy and clarity.
  • Content Writer (Public Benefits Focus)
    Research and write easy-to-understand articles about SNAP, WIC, and state-specific eligibility rules.
  • Partnership Outreach Coordinator
    Build relationships with local nonprofits, benefit navigators, and state programs that support low-income households.
  • Front-End Developer
    Improve the accessibility, usability, and performance of our public-facing tools.
  • Policy Research Assistant
    Help maintain and update our database of state SNAP eligibility rules and policy changes.

Experience in government programs, public interest tech, or nonprofits is a plus—but passion, empathy, and a commitment to access matter most.
